CASLI Performance Exam: NIC Updates:
May and June was a busy month for CASLI as the Scoring Committee wrapped up their work in May and in June, we began Rater Training for the raters. We recently wrapped up training with the raters and the next step is to start the benchmarking phase for raters which will start very soon. Once raters have completed the benchmarking stage, then they will start rating candidates’ exam vignettes. At the time of writing this, we anticipate candidates could start getting their exam results at some point late July. Please keep in mind, that there is a huge volume of exams taken by candidates that is waiting to be rated, and it does not mean all of the exam results will go out all at once. Exam results will be sent out in staggered manner with those who took the exam earliest getting their results sooner. It is expected that the beta period for the Performance Exam: NIC to be completed by the end of September once all of exam results have been deployed to candidates. After that, candidates can expect their performance exam results within 90 days from the date they took the exam. We are very much looking forward for candidates to get their Performance exam results. Again, for those who have been waiting patiently for your exam results, many many many thanks for your patience and understanding with this process.
Seeking new LTA Test Site –
As always, CASLI is looking to expand our network of Local Testing Administrator (LTA) and add new sites for candidates to take their Performance exam at. This is a friendly reminder that if there you know of a potential testing site that could be a good fit to be a testing site, please let us know as we will be happy to reach out to them to discuss the possibility of becoming a testing site. Exam request and exam results (CGKE/CS):
As summer is here and it is a busy time for CASLI with various projects, RID conference in Baltimore, MD and other things, there may be slight backlog with CASLI Generalist Knowledge Exam and Case Study exam results. Typically, candidate can expect results within 7 – 10 business days, however, as there may be a slight delay in receiving CGKE/CS results up to a week. For those who have or will be taking the CGKE/CS exam and are anticipating results of the exams, please bear with us for the time being. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
