Scheduling Your Appointment

Once your exam has been purchased, a confirmation email will be sent to you with further instructions on scheduling your appointment.

If you have purchased a knowledge exam, you will receive a Notice to Schedule email from ScanTron with instructions on how to set up your exam appointment. See this page for a list of ScanTron test site cities.

If you have purchased a performance exam, you will receive a confirmation email from the CASLI Exam System with instructions and Proctor Token Number to use at your exam appointment. You may go into the CASLI Exam System and use the “View Proctor Locations” feature to contact an LTA of your choice and make an exam appointment directly with them.

On the map of Local Test Administrators (LTA) sites, there are different color pins which each signify its status. Green pins mean the site has been greenlit and is available to administer the exam. Both Yellow and Red pins are sites that are still in the implementation process and not yet ready to administer the exam. Purple pins mean sites have been temporarily closed until further notice due to the Coronavirus pandemic. CASLI  continues to work on implementing more LTA sites across the nation and am hopeful to have more up and running in the near future.

Please remember that any Exam Accommodations requests must be approved by CASLI PRIOR TO your making your exam appointment. If you do not receive approval for accommodations requests from CASLI and proceed to make your exam appointment, you may be denied the accommodations.
